Our construction management team is led by Marty Rennert, bringing more than 25 years of business, real estate, and construction management experience. With decades of hands-on involvement across all phases of construction, Marty provides strategic oversight, technical leadership, and disciplined project execution from concept through completion.

Supporting operations is a dedicated administrative team led by Will Pace Jr., whose extensive corporate background in systems implementation and business administration strengthens project organization, workflow efficiency, and operational control. Together, the administrative and financial teams ensure each project maintains the highest standards of accountability, productivity, and performance - consistently aligning execution with client expectations.

William (Bill) Walter is a restoration and preservation engineer with more than 30 years of experience with specializing in structural evaluation, building restoration, and façade systems. His expertise includes structural assessment, building envelope performance, and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within existing structures. Bill provides engineering-driven analysis and practical solutions that support complex rehabilitation, restoration, and long-term building performance.  

Our project management team is composed of seasoned professionals, each bringing more than 20 years of construction experience and hands-on trade expertise essential to successful project execution. Project managers remain actively involved on site throughout the duration of construction, providing continuous oversight, coordination, and real-time problem solving to ensure efficient field operations and a smooth construction process.

David and Shaun, our Senior Project Managers, each contribute over 25 years of industry experience managing complex construction projects across multiple disciplines. Cesar brings 15 years of construction experience with a strong background in painting and finish work, supporting quality control and execution standards at the field level.
